100 reps of 95 lbs M/ 65 lbs F - OHS
REMEMBER TO KEEP THE SHOULDERS ENGAGED (e.g. shoulders in ear, arms flexed, shoulders shrugged, what ever cue you need)...YOUR BODY IS A PISTON!

10:40 as Rx'd. KF and I did the first 25 in under a minute, but I averaged about 3:15 for each 25 reps after that.
8:59. lower back was killing me toward the end.
