Not a good day.
Pull-up = 59 lbs.
Thruster = 155 lbs.

my day was worse than KF's...
Thruster - 175. need to work on depth
WPull-ups - 53, 63(F).
CW got 90 lbs an hour later to kill my buzz. way to go CW!
YES i did the 5 C-T-D Puhs-ups!
