Push-up Challenge
And last but not least 5 chest to deck push-ups. If you want to join the 100 Push-up contest/challenge but haven't started yet, 15 push-ups today will get you in.

Not a good day.

Pull-up = 59 lbs.
Thruster = 155 lbs.

my day was worse than KF's...
Thruster - 175. need to work on depth

WPull-ups - 53, 63(F).

CW got 90 lbs an hour later to kill my buzz. way to go CW!
