OHS - 185 x5 x3. (70% of 225 is 157...shows I can not do simple math)
DL - 521 should not have done Tabata before

was strong in the middle hit 7 twice...died at the end.

I think we'll know more once we repeat some of the exercises. For now I say it is not fun!
