herb, this WOD is a mashup between Josh and that rowing/wallball WOD from crossfit.com 3 months ago.

as a matter of fact, you could throw some rowing intervals in front of each wallball....

BTN Rack Jerk singles - 135, 155, 175, Failed 185, 135 X 3

Will do WB/PU tomorrow and sub thrusters for WB.
