herb, this WOD is a mashup between Josh and that rowing/wallball WOD from crossfit.com 3 months ago.
as a matter of fact, you could throw some rowing intervals in front of each wallball....
Front Squat 3 X 5 - 135, 185, 205, 225, 195
Clean Pull - 185, 225 X 3; 245, 265 X 2
BTN Rack Jerk singles - 135, 155, 175, Failed 185, 135 X 3
Will do WB/PU tomorrow and sub thrusters for WB.
