Workout

Team-up!
2 person team complete the following for time:
400 M run (relay style)
50 - 225 lbs DL
50 - Ring dips
50 - Sit-ups
500M Row (relay style)
50 - Pull-ups
50 - 18 inch Box jumps
50 - Burpees


Partition the exercise as needed. If you are un-lucky enough to be on my team, plan on doing the last 3 exercises by yourself!

It was Fuller and me versus DJ and Wilson. they 19:14 beat us 19:50 by :31. Fuller did 75% of the last 3. i am now 0-2 in the team events. i think the next one should be CFT

100 Burpees, for time.

Followed by 50 - 95lbs. Power Snatches, for time.

Whew, I'm glad those aren't full snatches.

Can I multiply the time it takes me to do 1 burpee x 100?
