DJ after setting new TFR for CFT!

Rest...but don't forget you CTD Push-ups. Day 34 of the push-up challenge...if you are just starting do 595 CTD push-ups to to buy in/catch up. Tomorrow we get past 600!

Doc Rick, we know you do 30 everyday for a warm-up, how has the extra reps affected you

So far a few extra pushups isn't bad. Once it's 50 more, well...

I tried the Dianne workout today: Deadlift 225/HSPU 21/15/9. Worked the DL's very slowly and tried for good form on every one. Took about 17 minutes. Finished without problems - specifically still NO back pain. I use the techniques you showed me on each and every rep. Thanks.

My daughter has soccer tournaments that are late AM both days this weekend so that is probably out for me, unfortunately. I should be over to TF sometime in the next week, just not sure which day yet.

Kurt - I'm post-overnight Saturday and don't get off 'til 0600. I need at least 4 hours of sleep to be functional. 1100 is the earliest I can do.
