Making slow but steady progress. I feel like I can go higher on the squat and DL. The squat in particular I am a bit nervous going up on without a spotter, so this is something I may need to work on at TF.
Just glad I didn't pull a hamstring trying to keep up with KF in the run last Saturday!

Got 275lbs., but it was tough.
Just didn't have it in me today. Still recovering from the long weekend.
