Workout:
5x5 DL+20 Ring-push-ups
Work up to 80-85% of your DL 1 RM. Do 5 sets of 5 reps, followed by 20 ring push-ups. When done, you will have completed 25 reps, of 80-85% of your DL 1RM max and 100 ring push-ups. Not a bad day!
