Since rain did not allow us to play in the park yesterday, today we'll do a nice group workout...

We're going to do a FGB style (3 rounds of 5-1 minute of exercises) workout

wish meg and i could have joined you all today. sounds like a great workout.

also, we're pretty excited to find out you changed your weekend hours. i think it will be easier for people to make it earlier in the morning on weekends, particularly in the summer.

Herb, looks like you'll need to get a big screen before FB season starts.

If you open at 10, I fully expect we'll be done in time to watch College FB (yeah, ND games, too) on Saturdays and the Colts on Sundays.
