had read and studied about CrossFit prior to finding an affiliate and knew that these workouts can make you do some funny things.
Did I think they could make you lie on the floor, curled in the fetal position PRIOR TO FINISHING your workout. NO
This video proves otherwise.

Out of curiosity what is going through your head while you're lying there, knowing you're going to have to get back up a do a few burpees? Also, have you ever fallen asleep while lying down before a workout was completed?

Based on the video, you appeared to do ALL the burpees for your team. Please tell me Herb did at least one?
I can definitely make it to TF this weekend (Saturday AM for sure). Hopefully you and the rest of the regulars will be there too. 10:00AM? I am up for a creative group work-out if Herb thinks he can come up with another one!

What was I thinking…here’s what I was thinking – in no particular order
-why on earth did I add Burpees (yea Burpees) to this workout
-if you are dumb enough to add Burpees (yea Burpees) never put them last
-man it is hot outside
-I should have eaten something hours ago
-if I puke on camera I’ll never hear the end of it
-I like pizza
-focus
-Is it possible the clock is going backwards
-DJ is really tall. I wonder if he ever played baskeball
-focus
At this point Kurt has done 8 and I say, “get to 15 and I’ll be ready
-why did I say yes to this workout
-that’s right Doc CW did show…right now I hate him
-I’m glad both of the Docs didn’t show they would have destroyed us
-I hope fuller can do all of those Burpees (yea Burpees)
-I hope he loses count and I’ll just let him keep going
-get off your lazy butt
-I need to change my lifestyle (too tired to laugh at that one)
-man this rubber floor is not as cool as I’d hoped

so group workout @ herb's on saturday?
