"AMRAP"
Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
5 - pull-ups
10 - Push-ups
15 - Sit-ups

this is one of those workouts that doesn't sound that bad but then really is horrible isn't it?! haha

i did the mainpage version

5 pull-ups
5 ring dips
15 sit ups

26 rounds

after all those L pull-ups yesterday and sit ups today, my abs are trashed.

I did Herb's version today:

Did 20 rounds in 20 minutes.
(tailbone getting too sore from all the situps so wimped out at 20 instead of 30 minutes)

Also did DUx25 x 2 sets.

Goal was 15, I made it to 16 and boy, is my butt sore from 240 situps!

I too did 16 rounds; 50% mens push-ups.
Shoulders sore; Abs not too bad until day 2 post!
