Kettlebell Swing (M-53 lbs/F-35 lbs)
Ab-Mat Sit-ups
Box Jumps (20 inches)
Push-ups (want to make it a little harder?...make those Ring Push-ups!)

Oh, too bad I won't be there today, you have my favorite in the WOD...Box jumps and Kettle Bell Swings both in the same workout!
Had a beautiful day to workout in the gym tonight. Welcome to Caleb and Corey who joined us for their first workout tonight. Both are completely new to CrossFit-style workouts - great job to both of you.

weight scaled to 175lbs
Herb and I decided I could have done more weight. Did all sets unbroken.
The dave workout was tough today for me but got through it in 21ish minutes....
Spring break is here, all out all week.....
