made 5 rounds, tough for me on the run, managed to run the first 3-400meters but had to walk/run the other 2...

One day behind:
Worked on OHS. Prior PR was 185, failed on 190. Finished with #135 x 10 reps. Then L-sit sets for a total time of 1 minute.
