Kettlebell Swing (M-53 lbs/F-35 lbs)
Ab-Mat Sit-ups
Box Jumps (20 inches)
Push-ups

i won't be around this weekend - I am visiting family in cincinnati and going to an indoor rowing training center - should be cool.
