rowing push-up untimed.
Make it to #155 for the 2 position cleans. With Herb's encouragement, I went up to #200 for a single squat clean - a new PR.
Then core work with L-sits in 15 second blocks for total of 1 minute.

155 from 2 position. I could have went higher done more from the floor but I was stopped.
