Did not go to 110% of snatch max as was trying to improve form vs just going heavier with poor form. Next time!

WOD as rx'd just done on Monday not Sunday. Only made 6 rounds, probably could have done the 7, but wimped out.
Sunday's WOD as well. 7 rds, not happy with that as i had just the pushups to go for a total of 8.....next time...
