95 x3x2, 135 x3x3, 185 x3 (yes 50 lbs is too big of a jump) 205 x3, 225, 245
Clean and Jerk up to 175lbs.
Missed a couple, while other felt real good.
Improper warm-up resulted in tweaking my good shoulder at 115lbs.
MUST WARM UP! (But Sampson was the only other person in the gym when I started. Ironic?)
