This is a "nice" rainy day workout. Not one of my favorites and I bet the 10 foot Wall Ball kills me...

50 - Wallball*

35 - Wallball

20 - Wallball

* The strongest of us should use the 20 lbs ball. Most should use the 12 lbs ball. Me, I'm using the 8 lbs ball.

But, then, I would feel guilty leaving this one for all the rest of you, so guess I'll be there.

17:40 vs. 16:31 on 081119. 1:00+ slower, i will take it as the 10 feet is legit!

Front squat
Same scale as bench press Monday.
Work out tonight was @10PM. Couldn't finish 85#x3x3; hit the wall.
